Chinyere Nwachukwu is a visionary humanitarian and social impact leader who founded the Women and Youth Development Initiative Foundation (WYDIF) in 2005. With a mission rooted in human capital development, WYDIF empowers women and youth through education, healthcare, and community service, offering hope and opportunity to those living in extreme poverty.

Driven by personal experience and an unwavering commitment to service, Ms. Nwachukwu transformed her own journey of hardship into a platform for global change. As a mother navigating the challenges of poverty, work, and education, she persevered with remarkable resilience. Her lived experiences inspired her to create WYDIF, a foundation that now supports individuals surviving on less than $1 a day across developing nations.

Ms. Nwachukwu is known for her tireless advocacy and ability to mobilize international communities in support of disadvantaged populations. Her leadership is defined by excellence, empathy, and a deep belief in going beyond the call of duty to make a meaningful difference. Despite limited resources, she consistently delivers high-quality programs that foster skill-building, personal growth, and sustainable development.

Her work continues to inspire countless individuals to pursue their goals and contribute to positive change in their communities. Through WYDIF, Ms. Nwachukwu has built a legacy of empowerment, restoring dignity, expanding opportunity, and championing the potential of every person she serves.
